Saltier Politics: Co-hosts Julie Roginsky and Emily DeCiccio get salty and throw back to when they first collaborated: "The Clapback" on Fox News. Emily created and produced the show while Julie brought the fiery retorts as host. On the podcast, Julie responds to mean tweets on everything from Vice President Joe Biden's candidacy to Syria and President Trump's false claims of a kangaroo court. Listen to who or (what) else the salty duo are pouring salt over this week and don't forget to bring your saltshaker!

I'm so glad you did a clap back episode. It was delivered with just the right amount of salt and sarcasm. It would be great to add it to your podcast. That and the "two truths and a lie" makes the podcast unique. Those tweets just shows how stupid many Americans are, especially in the Trump base. Many are uneducated, they also get off on his tough guy stance, thinking he'll back them But as you have pointed out, he backs nobody but himself. Although Hillary shouldn't have said it, she was right they are deplorables. Many seem brainwashed. They do repeat everything he says as if it is fact and we know it's not true. Trump believes that if he says something long enough. it will somehow become true. He followed Rev. Norman Vincent Peale and his "Power of positive thinking" And his base thinks Trump is bringing the soldiers home, when in fact he just relocated them to Iraq.
